Our services include Regularly Scheduled Appointments to address routine health            

 concerns as well as Walk-In Appointments for more urgent concerns.  In addition to

 providing care for illness/injury, Riverside Family Medicine offers Health Maintenance and  

 Wellness Exams.  This includes employment physicals, school physicals, annual women’s       

 health visits, and routine annual physicals for children and adults.

 Our Provider is On-Call 24/7 and reachable through the main office number (225.698.3435),

 via an answering service.  Arrangements can be made to address urgent needs both after

 hours and on weekends.

 In-House X-Ray Equipment provides immediate confirmation of fractures, some respiratory  

 illnesses (i.e. pneumonia), and other conditions.  In-depth radiology testing will be referred    

 out to a local diagnostic center.

 Basic Laboratory Tests will be preformed at our facility and most blood work will be drawn

 and sent to LabCorp via courier.

 ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD:(EMR) 

 Equipped with the latest software, our practice is leading the way by offering a totally       

 paperless office and an EMR. Seamlessly integrated into the health assessment process, our   

 provider will document directly into an unobtrusive hand held tablet computer. This in turn will

 directly communicate with the nursing staff and front office staff. Through our EMR system , 

 prescriptions can be computer generated and faxed to the pharmacy of your choice.          

 Our clinic wants you to have a high satisfaction in knowing that your health/medical

 information is secure and accessible from our in-office computer server. If a disaster strikes,

 your personal health information can be accessed in minutes and forwarded to you or a   

 medical professional via secure internet systems.
